question for zx10 owners

Post by Deni »

Greetings and salutations all, i have a quick question that i hope 04-05 zx10 owners could help me with.
It is regards to the rear zx10r sticker on the rear fairing... the colour of the 'R'.
I have seen some with a red 'R' and some with a yellow 'R'.
My question is why is there a variation? Was the colour specific to the year ie. 04 red, 05 yellow???
any help greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Danny.

Good question.....

I know that with the ZX6R 03-04 bikes they had two sticker variations.... Never figured out if that was because of year..... if so... the 03 was cooler :)
The world is round. It has no point.

Mine is red, on a black 05.

Most of the yellow ones ive seen are on bikes from Seppotania so that might have something to do with it.

Yellow is for 04 and red for 05, also the 05 lowers are a dark grey colour
