New BMW Sportboxer (2008 Release)

Post by QLDZX6R »

This is the first official pic of BMWs Sportboxer due to be released in 2008
(taken from motorcycle news website) Competed at Le Mans 24hr against R1,GSX-R and Blades(no results stated..)
Official figures for road version are 140bhp,195kg fully fuelled and of course the twin boxer engine. Official unveiling will be at Paris Motorcycle Show in September and English price 12,000 Pounds.

Kinda like it or hate it look but good to see the Germans building alternative sportsbikes.

The headlight/nose area sits a bit high for my liking but it's not too bad otherwise...

Not bad looks a bit odd, a bit out of proportion.

I agree front end definately should be lower.

Yeah the front headlight area sits up almost like a Ducati Multistrada, may have looked better with like a R1200S headlight area.
