Anti Fog??

Just wondering what everyone uses on their visors to combat fogging up? Apparently Rain X is not good for plastic...so Im told.

Fog City things work really well but I find the reflection through them when you cop the sun at an angle is a real pain.

In the past I've used OPSM lens cleaner which works OK for a brief period although not great.

I was thinking of giving this stuff a go

i use the hyperoptiks from fog city, and never had a fogging problem, even commuting in a canberra winter !

i've used a fog city, (clear one) and put in itside my tinted visor, i found it great.

a little bit of what glen mentioned but no worse than a dirty visor.
you cant clean the inside of it but, if you do it smears the antifog stuff and looks misty.

i have an OXFORD one now, it doesnt work quite as well, but the inside is smooth and can be cleaned, and it stuck on better too.

but it has the word "oxford" printed it the middle of it. and when you ride you can see a little oxford up the top left and top right of your vision. sounds weird but trust me it is there... hahaha even though its only got one word on it.

I don't know how good that stuff is...my cat cracks the shits whenever I try to wipe its arse on the inside of my visor

use a fog city visor and if you wear glasses use scotts anti-fog. I have not had any luck with cat crap at all......maybe i should use the tinned stuff

i find if you hold your breath as long as you can it works.

just try....hold your breath for as long as you can.

your visor wont fog up.

muahahahahaha

joke.....seriously i lift up my visor just a tad to let cool air inside....i find this keeps it fairly clear

Fog city are good, but the Fog City Hyper Optics are just awesome. They come in a photochromatic finish which darkens as the light increases and clears as the light fades again. Little or no reflection. Tarmac has them...... twperformance.com.au

I've got the Progrip one.
It's their new photochromatic lens that also tints automatically.
Fitted it last night. It doesn't fog with me wearing my helmet on the couch.
You can wipe the inside of this one, too.
Cost $25.
