The bike started not too well this morning so I suspect the charging system is not working, with stator issue being the culprit. Went to work anyway and after a day of start-stop riding the battery went flat.

Could not start it finally, so had to roll it down the road, lucky there is a downhill one in front of the office.

Got up to Mordialloc and the bike went dead in traffic with stutter and loud bang  ... was on the right lane too so I gave the hand signal and started moving to left lane, pushing the bike.

After about 100m of pushing the bike looking for a clear run a car stopped just in front of me and two guys asked what's wrong :P ... a quick push and it came alive :D. Saying many..many thanks I waved them goodbye.

Got home dismantle the stator and quick soldering job looks to do the trick. Currently charging and we'll see tomorrow :D

So who else had good experiences from drivers?

That's because you are now riding a bike worth acknowledging
