The Toy
Seems to be going around the site at the moment, everyone is getting track bikes.......so ever the sheep, I thought I'd follow.
Its a 93 Suzuki (oh the shame) RGV 250 SP polished frame and wheels, custom cans, later model "Banana" swing, and custom tail. Apparently it was a "Pepsi Bike" in a former incarnation.
Needs some TLC on the polishing and has an electrical gremlin to chase down due to the Jap SP motor having different wiring to the Aus standard unit, but other than that I reckon I'm gunna have some fun!!!

Nice one Mark! Welcome to the track hack club mate.
Now if you don't already know about this, the 1st job for you is to have the power valves modded, if it hasn't already been done. RGV's had this wonderful habit as the power valves wore of sliding into the cylinder and being bashed to death rather vicously by the piston! There is a mod which most racers and some knowledgable road riders did which solved this issue. Talk to someone who plays with them a bit and they will know what I'm on about!
I think it involved making a stronger pin for the power valves to slide along! This from memory was the responsible part.

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
