I found on the weekend that a silver cap is missing on the left hand side of the bike down near the foot peg. I have highlighted the one on the right hand side on the pic attached.
I don't know what it is covering up and is it important that I replace it straight away and where could I get one ?
Thanks, Jenny

It is a cosmetic item to hide the swingarm pivot bolt. Nothing to worry about safety wise. But it will look rooly coll with a new one!

Thanks Strika, Lainie.
I have my provisional test on sunday and I just wanted to make sure the bike wouldn't be rejected as unroadworthy if it was missing.

I have one spare from a GPX250R (co-incidentally the same colour scheme as yours) as I bought two when one fell off mine.
As I'm a bit of a magpie the other is still sitting here five years/two bikes later
.
PM me your address and I'll pop it in the mail.
Good luck with the test by the way
.

Take the one off the other side and no one will notice.
If its like when I went for the P's the only part of the bike they looked at was the front wheel (for the emerg brake and u-turn)
