used to get out and shoot a bit, target and field. Not much last couple of years. My bow probably needs re-cabling...and my arrows need new flights...

Yeah, shoot target, usually at the Olympic range at homebush....have a 28lb thats probably 3-4 lbs too light now.

Just dont seem to be able to get there very often lately

Is that a Recurve ? I shoot a Compound bow at 60 lbs, which is the maximum poundage you are allowed to have under F.I.T.A regulations

If you think I'm taking the piss out of someone who shoots anything for a hobby let alone a bow and arrow you seriously overestimate the extent of my bravery , or foolhardiness. Unles of course it's those little suction cup suckers we had when we were kids (pleaase don't shoot me for that)

i do all my shooting in a the gallery at Kings cross...

what the hell are you guys doing with bows and arrows?
i just use a leather belt and a needle...

my aims pretty good

I did a little bit of this at school. Buggered if I know what sort of gear we used, but it curved one way then back the other. Pretty amazing how much power they had though. Although, just like shooting rifles or pistols, I got bored after 20 mins.

It kinda reminds me of knitting or crocheting...it's OK, but you wouldn't want your friends to see you!!!
