Could be faulty connection to your vga...or faulty graphics card...or it could be a faulty monitor. If it is the last one, it may still be under warranty from Hyundai, otherwise it is a trash job.
Try updating graphics drivers Lainie, might ot fix the prob but wouldn't hurt, could also try turning monitor off for 2 hours or so let it cool and see if it's still there.
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"
That's an easy one. Your monitor is protesting at having to show too much leather clad Neka for an extended period of time
Sorry, not much to add about the monitor other than check the cable, and maybe see if it is the same with different resolutions etc....it's weird that it's a vertical line though
if it's been working for the past 1.5 years, i dont' think there's anything wrong with the driver and the software, unless u installed something naugty
if it's a red straight line then it's really hard to explain that it's the LCD because it can't be rite to have all the pixel lcd cells turned faulty all at the same time

vga, now I am lost. Well get Tones to have a look me thinks
What is the normal life span on these screens any idea Iwill call where I got it from tomorrow and ask them 1,000 just cause I can
normally 5-10 years, well depending on how long u have time on as normal LCDs have life span of something like 30000 hours or so which is equivlent to 20 years if u have time on 4 hrs each day or soemthing, anyway u do the maths
it's better to call the manufacturer then the retailer
It might be the wires for blue and green on that line of lcd's have parted company at one end. That "should" be repairable. Though nothing is ever guaranteed with computers.
"The departmental interpreters of the laws can always be depended on to take any reasonable law and interpret the common sense right out of it." Mark Twain.
Well I contacted where we got the PC from and screen has a 3 year warranty. They supplied me only yesterday with the phone umber of a local place to take it so I will call them Monday to arrange having it repaired.
