Graffiti on my Bike

Post by mmamster »

Some absolute #$@^& has written her tag on my ZZR250 bike saddle in gold pen, looks like a gold paint pen. Any advice on how to get it off? Thought of using nail polish remover but I am afraid it will wreck the synthetic material.

By the way it was done outside the back of the Rialto in Flinders Lane today - look out as a lot of bikes park there. Anyone else affected?

Eucalyptus oil. Soak a cotton-bud in it, and rub over the pen marks. Wipe clean with tissue/paper towel. Repeat until pen marks have gone.

 indeed.

but seriously, tagging buildings is dumb, but a given. Tagging vans and trucks is a slightly more mobile billboard for the dumbasses with spraycans.

Aside from giving your date a good view of their artwork, whats the fuckin point of tagging a bike seat?

Yes, it just sh&&&ts me - pretty sure it was a school kid because the bike is parked just near the entrance to the observation deck.
