 couldn't agree more mate, I already own 1 piece of crap Z750 twin, but mine is a *tad* older than this rig...

hmmm, some things don't seem quite right - the Kawasaki Z750 twin was introduced into the Kawasaki range back in 1976, complete with almost all the same running gear ( forks, wheels, brakes etc) as the z650 4 cylinder.

The twins were only produced by Kawasaki for 3 years, ending production in 1979, at which time those mags and brakes in the ebay pictures had only just hit the production line.

MMII was made in 1981, so it is entirely possible that this rig *may* have been used in the movie ( at least from a timeline / appearance-of-bike aspect) - and may not have been registered until 1983.......it most definitely is NOT a 1983 model.

There were heaps of shitboxes used in MMII, old Honda 4's, pommie shitboxes etc, that were roughly dressed up to look like bigger 900's and 1000's, and I think now after 25 years it would be almost impossible to determine if this was an authentic MMII bike or not. I can tell you right now if it was in the movie, it would have been one of the slowest rigs out in the wasteland !!@!!! ALL HAIL MAX

Send me AUS$499, and I will build you a heaps better replica !!!

Hi there
I know this is a few years old but by any chance did the bike have a yellow nsw numberplate on it... because I have a 83" siting in my drive way now riped seat ratty tank smasheds speedo no starter motor and no mufflers.

All the same I connected a battery up to it kicked the F****** thing over a million times and got her to fire.
Going to chopperise it
