Apparently on yesterdays Barry Sheene memorial ride, some goose decided it would be cool to pull a stand coming out of turn one. Duly flipped it in front of EVERYONE

On the pre-ride they would've been warned not to do that. Last year a harley pulled a massive wheelie beside me. Awesome but not good for the whole event I guess.

he must have been right at the end of the ride, coz i was pulled over on the side of the straight just after the exit of turn 12, and saw/heard nothin... and i was there for 5 mins stuffin around. we were just after halfway through the riders, position wise.

I spoke to a mate last night who was on the ride. He wasn't that far behind the crash. He said it lookied like the guy gassed it up for a stand, pulled the front up, realised he had slower riders in front, put it down, locked it up, and ten pin bowled several other bikes down!
I reckon he would have been about as popular as the pox!!!!
