LOL..........it had to happen!

Took the almighty powerfull GPX out for ride this arvo when I had to give way to a highway patrol. He went past and after about 2km's pulled over and let me past. Then I knew it was all over. About 30metres more he hit the lights and pulled me over. Its funny while your waiting on the side of the road waiting for the officer to come over to you think to yourself.....have i drunk?.........shit do i have my licence.....was i indicating?

Then he RBT me....asked for the licence and i then politely said to him ....' YOUR LOOKING FOR THE L PLATE ON THE BIKE AINT YA?'

He said...yes thats why i pulled you over.

I laughed and he too when i said to him i was UNRESTRICETED.

This officer was ever so friendly........from a pullover we started chatting bout my gpx....he commented on how good it looked for a 250cc and that he was riding a 900c....here i was on a 250, mainroad, lights on cop car having a chinwag with a highway patrol guy.

Hell we nearly planned a tour together!!!!

People going past would of thought how fast i must have been going on the almighty GPX.

just thought to add this little story

i am havin mixed feelings at the moment bout getting rid of the gpx and moving onto a larger cc bike

i like my gpx, but still feel that it looks like a learner bike hence tonights episode.

its so cheap to run and anice size for me......

As a fellow 250 rider, it gave me a smile....

about as big as the smile I got from seeing a broken down Hoonda on Centenary Drive this morning.
