HELP: Speedo, Odometer, Trip Meter out

Post by fitzy »

Hi Guys,

I recently pieced my 04 ZX636 back together after an accident at QR. All was going well, until i noticed that my speedo, odometer and trip meter were all not working. Everything else on my dash (tacho, temp, clock, warning lights etc) are fine.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me? I'm assuming a speed sensor or something similar. Hopefully it will end up being a connection/fuse/something cheap.

Thanks in advance, Sean.

If the instrument cluster is working I'd be looking at the pick-up and it wiring inside the front sprocket cover.
