GPX250 Service Manual online??

Post by gpxgrl »

Hi,
just wondering if anyone has found a manual for the gpx250 that you can download?
I don't want to buy one as I won't be having the bike for long.
Thanks
Bianca

PDF's can be compressed as part of the creation process. so it's probably zip or jpeg compressed already and won't shrink anymore.
you could rar it as well, but you won't cut it down by that much.

You can however, set Winzip to create multiple zip files. Hence cutting the size down of hte individual file.

so instead of transfering 1 30mb, you can send 10 3mb or 3 10mb or whatever.

Really handy for emailing large files.

not much robracer, just a service, I just want to pull it apart so I am familiar with the mechanics. It's such a girly thing to be afraid of an engine so I want to know what I'm doing.

Hi All,

I just joined recently, ad I am looking to service a mate's GPX250 so I can ride it for a couple of weeks whilst my steed is having suspension work done. Anyways, I am looking for the Service Manual for said bike - I already have the supplementary manual for it.

It's done about 55,000K's, it's an '88 model, and any advice on what things I need to sheck/review/fix would be appreciated. I am wanting the setrvice manal so I know what it recommends to check at what intervals....

Thanks :)
Andrew

While we're putting hands up for the GPX manual, could I get a copy from someone? Please? My bike came with a manual, but it's the 1986-87 Ninja/GPZ one and my bike is an '89.
