A few years ago the house NEXT TO an mcc members house [around the corner from where we used to live] was shot up by an oppossing club.

I drove past the house within 5 mins before it happened on the way home froma a rehersal.... Then heard the sirens, went to sleep and heard it on the news next day.

The idiots got the wrong house and it was a young family with young kids.... little boy grazed by a bullet from recolection.... This wasn't one of the ones already mentioned.

I could give you some 1st hand examples Clay, but out of fear for myself and family I can't.

I've got a feeling that'd be a common story amongst people in similar situatuons....

We're not sure on your experience Clay, how about you fill us in.

Just because this guy and that guy are nice enough, or you don't see anything on the surface doesn't mean there's not more going on.

But.... I'm not commenting on the law, just giving my personal experiences.

I once said elsewhere - if you feel the laws that are out there are imposing on your freedoms or right to live then move to a country with less laws and more freedom. I know of a couple of African nations that are very accommodating :)

Anti bikie laws - has anyone on this forum been adversely affected by them. Rhetorical question, no you haven't as they haven't outlawed any MC club in any state apart from SA and even there, only a handful had the rules applied to them. I have been personally involved with an MCC incident, well my brother went to the aid of friend who was being beat up by an MCC and they both ended up going through a plate glass window and into emergency. My brother was given two addresses, one was his and one was mine and told not to talk to police. Now I wasn't there, I didn't even know about what happened until a week later when I spoke to my brother. Personally F**k them they provide nothing for society except fear and intimidation, they invented mob mentality and funny how many people say I know a MCC member and he is really down to earth or not like how the media portray. Well have you ever seen them with their mates when they are in a group?

To those who say that years ago the copper gave us a clip over the ear and sent us home to our parents, all that other tripe about how different it was and we respected the police bull shit. Well lets be honest and reflect on some facts - Today's generation (nor those born in the last 30 years) did not invent drugs, speeding, binge drinking (those old enough will remember the 6 o'clocks swill/ skulling contest), bashings, wife beating, raping, child molestation etc. What has happened over the last 30 years is that the media has started reporting on it so now we are more aware of what is happening in society and as the great band Midnight Oil song goes - "Short memory, must have a short memory" and don't we all suffer from that.

Clay, they are shit-bags and they join gangs to hang around with other shit-bags to feel more powerful and intimidate people with their antisocial behaviour. Have I dealt with them personally, yes. Have I known plenty, yes. As has been mentioned a lot of them are decent blokes one on one but they are all fuck-wits when they are in their gang. They can't chose not to be as they have their hierarchy and have to follow orders. If all they did was party and ride bikes no one would have a problem with them but that's not what they do. They think they are above the law and need to hurt and intimidate others to feel bigger and better than the rest of society.

I liken Motorcycle gangs to the Police Force, other large organisations and to the whole of society.......... The majority of the members are good people, but there are some bad apples that go off the rails......... just like coppers and just like the general population, the majority do the right thing and then there is the minority..... OH and this is not an outsiders opinion, this is my opinion from personal experience which i will not go into here...

This is how I feel from my experience.

Which is why I asked the questions I did regarding other people's opinions, I was genuinely curious as it appeared that some of you had been personally assaulted or something by members of a MCC and I would be quite surprised to find out that someone who had no affiliation or relationship of any sort with a member had been. I've never heard of a member smacking some random fella around. Or jumping some bloke on the street. Or things that junkies and kids who hang out in 'gangs' do, try and intimidate people as they go about their business, etc.

Christmas Eve 1994 or 1995, James st Geelong.
I attacked approx eight Bikies who were beating the shit out of a young girl (with knuckle dusters)
There were about 300 people with 50 mtr's and only one other guy besides me attempted a rescue.
He was knocked down a kicked sensless.
I knocked down the first guy and was than set upon....FROM BEHIND by the rest of the GUTLESS slimeballs.
Damage was ripped ear, HD belt buckle impression on the forehead and was also kicked in the balls and had little whip marks all over.
Would not go down (mainly because I knew what the consequences would be) and I'm a stubborn Bastard
I didn't give a shit about my damage as while they were on me...they were off her ;)
You can verify with Geelong Police if you like Jase ;)

I have zero respect for that type of scumbag Bikies, but they are not all bad

when its 50mt's away it has an effect on you, & to give you an Idea all the suburbs listed are the next suburbs so we were sorta surrounded

Oh & I do have personal ties with 1%'s but only at arms length.... as in I have a few clubs that I do work for & to be honest I would not trust a single one, because they talk it up all the time, I just wait till the clear off & have a good laugh.
With rob on this one as i'm only a suburb away from him. I think I may no some but personally not going to ask I say gday to them at the pub and that'll do me. dont want to get involved with that bs

On Sunday I witnessed a graphic example of this. A bunch (maybe 100 bikes) of Bros rode into Williamstown to have lunch. They used bikes to block all traffic at intersections, regardless of right of way. They then parked wherever they wanted and literally forced people out of one particular pub by sheer weight of numbers. It was interesting to watch. They all thought they were hot shit riding along Nelson Pde unimpeded. Why is it that a bunch of Harley's like that arn't all booked for excessive noise. If our bikes were that loud, I reckon we'd all be off the road!!! :x

I've had a good mate who was a Rebel. He's one of the very few who got out. He is a nice guy, but even he would suggest I bail from his place if members turned up. He said they were unpredictable.

I witnessed a gang (forgotten which one) ride past a jap cruiser rider in a bunch...surrounded him, then kicked the shit out of his bike as they went past. All at 100k's an hour. It was on the geelong fwy just after the westgate bridge. They then rode through the speed cameras side by side at 130+kph.

I feel like I live in a different Sydney from some of you guys!

You all need to move up here where the most dangerous thing is Dave's flatulence, Richo's burps and Dizzi's decibel levels
