I have no reason to think that, in fact I was below 60 by all evidence and my memory of things, but what I think doesn't seem to matter, the police still haven't even spoken to me about the accident yet, nor have they investigated the speeding claims, and my insurance company seem to be of the opinion that they get paid anyway, so why bother.s much as i hate to say this mate, but if you have any reason to think you could be in the wrong, even 1km/h over the limit, talk to a lawyer!!!
