Seriously I did get 12000kms from my PP's; having said that I was on the canvas for last 100kms trying to get into a town... Yes PPs are harder to get but seems Singapore still has stock. I run the not so popular 190/50 profile as I prefer a slightly wider center

I don't know about your roads surface, but over here it ranges from Concrete to oily bitumen.. I was running Pirelli, Bridgestone, and so far the Michelin are the best. The touring bikes over here seem to like Metzeler

BTW the fuel injected DAEG is very smooth in acceleration so coming out of cornering, it does not kick you in the ass and slides lol; but taking off from traffic lights, too much gaz in 1st/2nd and the rear spins quickly ;)
