The rest will be to after they have their bike seized because they did a little squeeky wheelspin and a coppa hears it
Hoon laws are screwing more than the hoons
In vic they can run a metal detector over you! this law was introduced to stop the young thugs from carrying weapons.
I saw a group of ...at least fifty yr old guys having this done to them in town last week.
Fuck you Big BOTHER.....oh I missed the r
Funny you mention this Steve. Last week, a mate of mine was travelling down Williamstown Rd in Port Melbourne at @ 7.30am. He was pulled over and issued an infringement notice by a police officer for doing....now wait for this.....64kph!!!!!!

Yep, you guessed it. A two lane divided road at 7.30am with little traffic and he gets rolled for 64kph!!! Now, while I agree, he was technically doing over the speed limit, I ask you, was this the intent the lawmakers had when they penned this law way back when??? I doubt it is in the spirit of the law with which it was written. But...then things got better. My mate is no wallflower and obviously voiced his unhappiness with being issued an infringement notice for a trivial and petty thing. This naturally displeased the officer present. Once the "Lecture" was delivered by the 20 something year old constable, my mate was instructed to leave. The process invluding the "Lecture" on road safety and the dangerous manner in which he was operating the vehicle, plus the issuing of the Infringement took 20 minutes. My mate then had to depart and make it across a couple of lanes to turn right. During this procedure, prior to the traction control kicking in and doing it's job, the prodigous Torque of the turbo charged 6 cylinder falcon, caused a split second of wheelspin as the manoevre was conducted. The ever vigilant young constable, then proceeded to pull my mate back over and commence yelling and screaming as to what a HOON he was. (My mate is a mature 45 year old business man!!) The Constable then proceeded to tell him he was going to impound the vehicle and charge him under the hoon laws!!! I kid you not. My mate then let loose and gave the young kid an earful and let it be known that he would defend this in court and take it as far as he needed to!!! It went as far as my mate having to call a cab as the constable commenced procedures. Upon arrival of the taxi, the young constable, perhaps figuring that this would end in tears for him, backed down and allowed my mate to leave. This process now eating up another 40 minutes of my mates time.
I share this story, as it is typical of what can happen when laws are introduced which remove the rights and freedoms of the people. Even the Hoon laws go against my grain. You are guilty untill proven innocent under these laws. What happened to the onus of proof being on the prosecution????? Nah fuck that, we'll impound your car and then you have to prove US wrong!!! Sounds a little fucked up to me!!! But, it highlights, just how easily laws can be manipulated by those who wish to!!!! Think about it........while I agree the original advert posted has little credibility and the use of anything Nazi in it's propaganda is a direct correlation to it's credibility, we should not forget that the laws enacted in SA and proposed in other states ARE in fact a restriction of our basic rights as citizens to associate with whom ever we wish!!
I am still of the belief that the police should have NO right to impede your travels without "Due Cause"! As in, if I am sticking to the road rules, observing all speed limits and driving/riding as per the relevent states roads act, then they should not have the right to pull me over and breath test me, licence check me, or do anything for that matter. I am sure they can find enough drunk drivers watching people hop in there cars at the hotel car park, I am sure they can use current technology to read my number plate and do a licence check via one of their fang dangled computers to make sure I have a licence and I am positive they could defect more cars walking through A public car park than they do with their random roadblocks for licence, rego and RWC checks!!! I am sick to death of being pulled over for doing nothing wrong!!
