Well I whacked a spacer in and then found out that it was supposed to always have one in it standard. So I guess the guys that put it together when it was a wreck left it out.

So I will put another one in before the next rideday, probably 20th Feb at Wakefield.

but if it felt better would you still need it

5-6mm would be max recommended Id imagine, thats 2-3 spacers..any word from the experienced ?? Madkaw ??

Pretty much everyone I've spoke to has increased it by a couple of washers from standard. Easy enough to pull them out if it creates any issues.

Ive dropped the frnt 2mill and raised the rear a few clicks, and ive just put heavier spring in the frnt. This has made a difference as it still holds a line, stops and turns quik
