I'll ride it up to ya for the cost of a beer and a trip home ;)

Incidentally, I rode an SV1000N on the weekend and was mighty impressed with that motor, it's grunt city but still revs out with proper power and just hurtles you along. Brakes don't have much feel and the suspension's average - not to mention the tank is so skinny you've got nothing to grip with your knees when you get on the stoppers - I dunno why they don't whack a bigger, wider tank on it, seeing as fuel range is pretty limited.

I must cadge a ride on a Z1000 soon, they make me feel all warm in the pants.

Hey Mike, I realise it's a bit late now seeing I'm an outcast on a Honda, but just how 'reasonable' is their 'reasonable' price? PM me if you don't want to spread it around...

They were one of the only places left when I was looking for a new bike and they just pissed me about to the point where I got shat off with the whole idea...

I suppose seeing the '07s are out now maybe I should have waited five months for the few remaining 06s to depreciate. Saying that, at the time the concensus was from every single dealer I rang was that if I didn't buy right NOW then I was going to miss out...and Kawasaki didn't have any left in the warehouse.

...bit of a shit really, I would have preferred the Z1000 .

They sell the bikes way cheaper, to give you a head-start on the speed cameras that infest every nook and cranny

$1500 should see you right for the first 12 months or so......

shit thats chaep..u sure the z7 isnt 12k??

KHI were doing em for $15,500 ride away... (in the flyer they put out), but i got mine for that price ride away...which when u take into consideration the $7k they gave me for my cbr, it meant i was REALLY paying abt $14k -ish on the road.....
does that $12k include on roads?? cos u can add abt $1k or so for rego, pre delivery etc...
