No, but most GPS systems will locate the stolen GPS sender unit without any problem......once the sender unit is removed from the frame/wherever and tossed over a bridge, the whole GPS thing is down the tube.
I think some new $100k+ Bimmers have a tracking system installed, but its way easier to hide a GPS sender in a car body than on a bike.....

even though the bike means a lot to you, to the coppers its just *another* stolen motorcycle, being an ex-WSB will mean *jack shit* to them.
If you are really serious about keeping your bike secure, park it next to your bed, and chain it to your ankle each night. I am fully serious here mate, locks, chains, padlocks etc only stop honest people from joyriding. There are Harley's stolen every other night, which are locked in security sheds with CCTV, 10 starving German Shephards prowling the grounds, padlocked to huge U-bolts that are set in concrete........and they just float out the door
