corbywan,
i'd say those knobs as well as the motofx ones are the fairing mount type, the bolt looks skinny enough for it...

Mine from Raven are black (I Was asked What colour i wanted though)... and have crash Nob Australia(Sticker) in Chrome lettering on top... Mounted them today, the bolts supplied just replace the bolt that goes through the inside of the engine mount. They Look pretty good better then i expected, they protrude about an inch past the fairing as seen from above but ADD absolutely nothing to the over look... I'l post a piccie later in the week as i dont have a digi camera.
Cheers Brett

A new member on the ZZRCrew forum posted a pic of her ZZR600 which had frame sliders that did not require the fairing drilled.
Apparently they are Lockhart Phillips brand and she purchased them on ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 2481872636
The ebay description says they're suitable for 1998-2003 ZX6R,1998-2003 ZX9R (street version only), 2000-2003 ZX12R, 2003 ZX6RR, 2003 ZX636.

So although I don't know who else sells them it adds more information for anyone searching.
See the forum topic for a pic of what they look like on the ZZR at http://www.cmmartworks.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=444
