i recon the future is electric bikes - just need to find a suitable power supply... see how fuel cells go, or maybe mini nuclear reactors the size of a fuel tank :lol:

and powered by something like one of these

the motor is 205mm X 320mm, weighs 67kg, and produces 500HP (373kW) and 570Nm :shock: :shock: :shock: and would produce it for basically its entire rev range.. no need for a gearbox!

well that is a ripper AC motor, all you need is a really long extension lead :shock: :wink:

if my calculations are correct.....

it will need about 1000A if running on 3 phase 415V :shock: thats quite a lead
