Bah ! don't ya just hate cheeky kids !!
He's the same age as me
reading the current AMCN about World Supers next year it was indicating that Frankie is a team principle for PSG-1 and they had signed with Kwaka along with 2 other teams. Yanagawa is testing currently in Japan with a factory kit for the ZX10R, they were saying it's pretty damn fast, heres hoping eh. Looks like WSBK is going to be the series to watch to see some racing in 2005.Phil wrote:had to be the bearer of bad news but we had Ken Wootton on the radio show yesterday. he was @ brands for the WSB races on the weekend. I quized him about Chili riding the zx10 next year and he said although the PSG-1 corse team HAD signed a contract with kawasaki europe Chili had by no means signed to ride for the team. and was in fact in talks with another manufacturer.![]()
lets all hope that he does. nanelli was the other rider i heard was being touted as a possibility.
also the bertocci team have been told to get some better riders not just ones who bring sponsorship money in to the team, therefore clementi and sanchini may be on the way out.
in other good news for aussies kev curtain may very well be riding an r1 in the supers next year for the yamaha germany team he rides for now. also if muggas wins the WSS title he will join vermulen in the ten kate WSBK team (thats if vermulen doesnt get drafter into the repsol team to replce the ageing alex barros)
