The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

That's the radgard site. Seems to be down ATM.

We might do a group buy on these later?

J, will do the pricing when all orders are in. Deadline for ordering will be Monday the 8th of August. Gives me plenty of time to chase stragglers once I get the pricing.
You will have until the 31st to get the dough. Order will be placed early Sept when all coin is received.

Need a U in RadgUard to make that linky worky!
I have seen the rad' guard mesh thingmies, and as Iam spending so little on group buys it might be affordable :P I was only thinking of the extension(no jokes please about male appendages thanks) IIRC they were not expensive at all and can hardly be seen, Prolly be a good addition to a mesh rad guard 8) and no Gold colored ones I see :?
cheers and up you 1 burp!

If so, I will let the guys on Perth Street Bikes know, should be able to get a few more sales definitely (which should give us an even bigger discount!) :)
Just be careful, getting so many involved can turn a good thing into a shit slangin all out fight as I seen on ZXorg.and other places, not only that people will find it hard to trust someone to send money too blindly and add extra hassles to the buy in general. Not saying don't do it though. 8)
People can easily be put off posting buyups like this if things have gone badly in the past.
With the buyup I am organising the supplier is not giving anymore discount after 4 units sold regardless of how many we order, he has reached the end of his range of discount

That looks like it might be the subject of the next group buy.

http://www.geelongcarboncraft.com.au only do a fender extender for an FJR1300. Might have a chat about that when I speak to Phil, just to see if he can knock something up for us.

So just let me know how many are keen for the extender..............Now I'll just sit back and wait for Neka79 to comment!

I found http://www.geelongcomposites.com. Haven't been in touch to see if they do an extender, but they do have carbon fibre wheels!

Any idea when we would need the cash by? (when are we going ahead with the order)? Would we just put down a deposit first and then pay the outstanding amount when the parts are ready?

Just trying to organise my finances.... :)

 sorry for the dud link  - thanks for fixing it Jonno. 8)

NinjaM - just check U2NG post a couple up - order deadline next Monday, need all your $$$ ready by 31/8. I don't think a deposit is needed for this buy, but U2NG will advise if this is the case.

Geez, once we get this one up and running, maybe we should rotate the 'Group Buy Organiser' thing, and start on:

Radguards
Yoshi Cans
Pirelli Diablos
Undertrays / Fender Eliminators

the po$$ibilitie$ are endle$$ - just wi$h my Bank balance wa$

1 at a time, 2 months to do each buy ???? maybe......

cheers

Spot on!

You've got all weekend to have a look at their stuff, decide if you want it and then let me know about what you want by Monday.
Then you will need to have your dough ready to go by month end. The order will be made early September.

Gave up on the deposit idea. Just be serious and not booting tyres. If I call for a quote on 8 of these things and then we only order 2.......

Alrighty, here's the prices:
VICTORIANS
TheKid: Hugger $270 & front guard $220.
Blue12: Hugger $270
Smek: Hugger $270

WEST AUSTRALIANS:
NinjaMoses: Hugger $270, front guard $220, belly pan $300.
Hayabugly large tank protector $110
CBR250R hugger $200 & triple clamp cover $30
Stonneville: Hugger $270

ACTIANS (?):
Gosling1: Hugger $270

QLDERS:
Scotty37: Hugger $270, side tank protectors $120, top tank protector $80 & triple clamp cover $30.

NSWELSHMEN:
Up2nogood: Hugger $270, triple clamp cover $30.
Nick: Hugger $270.

Everyone in each state has to argue amongst each other as to who will be the recipient of the parts delivery. If anyone is too far away from that person, you'll need to let me know to see if I can have it freighted directly.
For example, all Vic parts freighted is likely to be $40 to one address.

We also have a requirement to pay our man something like bearer bonds. This could prove challenging, or we could put our faith in Jonno (Scotty37) and send him the coin. He can then ride down, hand over the readies and we'll have our toys fairly quickly. Or Jonno will have a great party and we're all invited.

Now that we know the pricing (perhaps some didn't believe in my ability to 'bust a deal' ) or some just thought that it isn't possible for them to get in by the end of the month, let me know & I will include you.

Everyone interested MUST let me know in the next week if they are serious. All to respond by Friday the 19th of August. You will also have to have all the coin by August 31. Order will be placed early in Sept. Very early, as I am sick of picking stones out of my bloody shock. :x

We will be doing bank transfers (internet) to somewhere.
