Probably an emergency dash to hospital to get that thing / thong surgically removed . Can't think of any other way you could remove it !

Hehehe... I once rode home from the valley pool in a bikini, since I was soaked from swimming... figured I was virtually unprotected anyway (didn't have a jacket or draggin's) and I don't do things by halves. Therefore I did my best to make sure that other motorists saw me so they wouldn't hit me, as a defensive riding thing. Kind of like wearing a bright yellow reflective jacket, you see. No one hit me
EDIT: No there were no photos taken, and NO I will never do it again...

umm i once rode my 6 up the road in shorts,singlet & thongs...to dry it after washing..i also use to ride it in trackie daks & ug boots....
hell i still do it...i just got back from a lap of the block...
