Good news, and bad

Post by diesel »

what a day!
started at 9am at HART tullamarine ridin one of them hoon thingies.
did well with the counter steering and emergency stops.
Then i headed to Westfield for lunch and on the way back, disaster struck.
I lost concentration, it hit gravel, i hit the breaks and i hit the deck.
I am totally fine, except for my pride
Ended up on the other side of the road on my back, and some bloke helpd my up. good bloke he was.
Then i limped back to HART, greeted with plenty of "what the fark happened?"s
had a smoke and decided "fuck it!, i came here to get my Ps and thats what i'm gonna do!"
so i jumped straight back on one of them hooo...hoooooo.... ahhh you know what i mean, and blitzed my test.
15 demerit points with a possible 40!!!!!!

I'll post some pics when i figure it out.

That's a real downer, but at least it's repairable. Perhaps you should have come to the Seat after all??? Need anything give me a shout.

Yuk i was going good with ok you scratched the can, then i scrolled down a bit and it looks like pull apart and send to the plastic welder to me.

At least you are ok and congrats on the licence. :D
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

Glad to hear you are OK, and passed your test. Bad news about the scooter, now you have just the excuse you need to get some rearsets, lighter bodywork etc etc

The Lighter Side of Prangs - years ( eons) ago, my grandfather was riding his BSA in Newcastle, with the missus on the back. Got collected at an intersection, and down the road they both went. The first copper on the scene reaced up to him and said " Sir, sir, is she OK ?? " Pop looked up at him and said " dunno mate, I have'nt kicked her over yet !!"

cheers
