Typical, Max thinks he is so good he doesn't need to be courteous, Melandri on the other hand is very exiting rider IMO, and I like his guts and style.

When will they finally get rid of him? He's a complete waste of space and the qualifying shenanigans pretty much describe his career.

They've banned his uncle from the pits for the rest of the year for what he did to Melandri.
I saw it on the news yesterday, he's lost it. I wished Max did fall off when Melandri gave him the knee after what Max had done and then the elbow.

I haven't got a link to it yet. It's still a pay to view on the MotoGP site.
(I'm glad I got to see it on the TV)

Yep, saw the footage on foxtel. Will see if I still have it taped...
I heard they banned his uncle for life, not a year?

Biaggi is such a loser... apart from being past it, an incredibly poor sportsperson and in possession of an extremly inflated ego.... Has anyone ever noticed that his goatee thingy is NEVER straight?
you can't trust a man who can't shave properly.......
Why tip-toe through life to arrive safely at death?

I got the year ban information from the MotoGP site.
http://www.motograndprix.com/en/motogp/ ... ?menu=news
After the practice session, Mr Valerio Biaggi, holder of the pass nr I-1485, grabbed the rider nr 33 Marco Melandri by the throat, resulting in scratches. According to Art. 3.3.1.2 (action prejudicial to the interests of the sport), the Race Direction has decided to withdraw the permanent pass of Mr Valerio Biaggi for the rest of the year.
No appeal has been lodged.

I just found myself a copy of the incident in question, and to be honest, it doesn't look like there's much in it from either rider.

Maybe not the elbow and knee incident, but the baulking of Melandri while he was on a hot lap was, then the baulk with the practice start on the straight. And while Max was actually out there and trying to qualify he came up on a slower rider, he tried to beat him to the corner, overcooked it, ran off the track, rode straight back onto the track and took out the guy he just tried to pass.
