New from South Oz
Hello everyone
Just thought i would be at home If i shared my 30 yr obsession with Gpz's my other half thinks I'm just old and slow.
Ive got a Gpz1000rx thinking about putting a bed in the shed cause I can't have the bike in the lounge.
Cheers everyone and Merry Christmas

How sweet are those two ladies in red, personally I think its easy to just go out and buy a new bike every few years it becomes an expensive thrill. But having projects tinkering, breaking down, even if we don't ride as often as we used to, My Dad had kept these pics for 60yrs or more Its in the blood.

Re: New from South Oz
Yes there is a certain satisfaction when the bike you bought gets better with every seal replaced, every paint sprayed, etc.

As supposed to having a new bike which gets worse everytime you ride it. I actually never had a new bike

That's why I started keeping track of my improving activities on Facebook. It's easy to forget what you've done and what a pig you initially bought.....

Re: New from South Oz
It's been in nz about a year I think. Ex japan bought in by a local dealer who saw it up there and just had it stored . 20,000 kms very original a couple of scratches on the lower fairings. I was looking for something that the wife would get on the back with me. I had a low km 87 fzr1000 but too uncomfortable. Hoping to do a bit of day touring over this summer around top of north island.Rexwalker wrote:Stop it Stop it Im in love what a beautiful bike tell me more, great condition where did you find her, lets hear the whole story starting from the 80" just kidding you can start anywhere.
