my brother came 7th out of a 20 bike field in the superbike class at surfers paradise raceway after racing in production class on his rz350 in the 80's
and had the mainshaft lockup under dunlop bridge at 200kmph-graheme crosby helped him load the bike onto the trailer because he was in la la land for awhile,
it was going to cost too much to fix so he raced superbike, he used to go underneath in the tighter corners and said the bigger bike riders/bikes would try to kick his bike
as he passed them to make him loose it-it didn't work ha1!
