Old mate down in Victoria (Antique Motorcycles ?) - has listed S1 triples around the $5k to $7k range in the past. That is a reasonable range/amount to pay for one of these in *immaculate* condition.geoffk wrote:.....Any idea of value of s2 350 in imacculate original condition ?....

OK - well the S2 is a great model and despite being only a 350 - made more hp than the 400 S3 (just). They are pretty thin on the ground compared to the S1 250 and the S3 400 - this could influence the price a bit. All the basic parts are common across the range, the engine capacity changes were all done from the base gasket up (barrels, pistons, heads). Bottom-end and gearbox is common across the 3 capacities.

FMD) - charges absolute top-dollar. There are often much cheaper examples on ebay which simply need a bit of cosmetic loving. It depends on how deep your wallet is and how soon you want to have a lovely stinkwheels in the shed
