Finally got a diagnosis. Not going into detail. Difficult to treat. May be stuck as a pensioner till they bury me. Only positives has been improved pain relief regime and possible payout under victims of crime compensation. Can't go into details except to say the two are intertwined. Will be years before anything is settled though.
