The bike is stock what small things can i do to better the time eg: suspension settings, strapping forks? Also any zxr owners in Qld wanna meet up for a ride in brisbane let me know.

Are you running the right gearing for the strip?
Sprockets don't really cost too much!

What would be a good sprocket setup. Also is it ok to run 98 fuel?

98 is best.
I'd get yourself 2 rear sprockets (+1 & +2) and 1 front (-1), that way you have plenty of combinations.
Not sure if a 520 conversion would help but then again I doubt it'd hurt either! www.SuperbikeSupply.com do a 520 conversion kit with sprockets for reasonable money.
