Probably cheaper than a Sargent or a Corbin. Riding in a big wind would be interesting although at least you'd have a seat back pocket to keep your goodies in........

The photo is not high quality, but it appears to be upholstered in Napa Leather, have adjustable lumbar support and seat warming.
So I reckon Glenno is right.... it's a REX seat.
