Yeah just setting the sag. I'm guessing i was adjusting it in the wrong direction. Im getting someone who knows about suspension to adjust the sag (front and rear) for me and also to give me a quick tuition in the basics of suspension.

Had the suspension adjusted but now i have to wait about 4 weeks before i can do another track day
