Good stuff...regarding the mic,I use a ATR3350 - Audio-Technica placed on rear number plate.
Have been getting good results with minimal wind noise.

Don't knock my turbo lag - it gives your naturally aspirated a chance..

Yeah I've been meaning to get a mic for a while, mostly because I want to chat about stuff, but the wind noise really ruins a video,
I love all bikes, but the naked ones get me going
