Background - Long term project on my 2000 ZX-6R (J1) bought a Scorpion muffler (Oval Stainless steel) in 2011 and now is time to fit it.
Problem - At the exhaust end from the flange to the end of the pipe is 82mm long and 65mm OD. The mating end of the muffler is 66mm ID and 28mm deep then an inner baffle is secured from there and continues on into the muffler. The ID if this baffle is 62mm.
QUESTION - How can I fit a 65mm pipe into a 62mm hole (without being rude).
Has anyone else had this problem with the Scorpion? If so, how did you fix it?
