Hi Guys,
Has anyone swapped the front brakes on a 2006 ZX6R with the newer models front brakes (2007+). I want to change mine out as im planning on doing some more track time and the front brakes leave much to be desired, even with braided lines.
Thanks

DO it! Set of Nissins would be perfect

Re: 2006 ZX6R Brake Swap
Nelso just bought me a set of Nissan's for my 05 ZX6. They are from a later model 600. I'm looking forward to trying them out as the brakes on my bike at the moment are like squeezing a sponge, even with new brake pads. It was getting a bit scary trying to race with them like that last weekend.

best mod ive done to the bike, makes a world of difference. Basically starts braking as soon as the brake light switch clicks.
I got mine from the states for $250 shipped i think, this is going back a while. They were off a 2009 Kawasaki Concours 1400 GTR

Yep, nissins are the bizzz.
Wish I could have raced FX with them. But had to make do with stockers.
The right fluid was the best we could do.
