Plastic flaring problem?

Hey there,

I recently bought a Ninja 650L and with in the 2nd day of having it i noticed a corner of the flaring or whatever you'd call it near the handle bars has popped up. On closer look I noticed its corners are just held down by those little sticky velcro stickers and the sticker has let go from the bikes body. Is it worth taking it back and asking them to throw a new one under? or is this normal thing to happen. I know my dash mat in my car never sticks.
