I believe it states the 12th and 13th of October, and it is being held in NSW. Not sure of the route, but a quick click on their website would answer that.mick_dundee wrote:What days and what state would be helpful info

It does say cycle, 20k's is a lot to pedal if your unfit and there are lots of hills to encounter.philbo wrote:200km in 2 days pfft that's nothing

Re: Conquer Cancer - volunteers wanted
Does say dates, I contacted her anyways, gory details below seem to contradict the OP.
Our new event launching this year, The Weekend to End Women’s Cancers, 9-10 November is a 2 day, 60km Walk. The event will start and finish in the Darling Harbour location and Camp at the end of day one will be in the Mosman area (TBC). To read more on the event, please visit http://sy13.endcancer.org.auhttp://sy13 ... er.org.au/
> For both events, like last year, one of the teams we require over the weekend is the Motorcycle Safety Crew! Please see flyer attached. As with our Ride event last year, the main role of the Motorcycle Safety Crew over the weekend is to work closely with Road Dispatch*, Traffic Management and local law enforcements to ensure the route is safe for riders on both the Saturday and the Sunday. The Moto Crew is also required to assist at difficult intersections and passages as requested.
> *Road Dispatch is a basic commands centre set up on the weekend consisting of our Logistic Team, including the Event Coordinator. All communication goes through Road Dispatch and they are kept updated on what is happening along the route.
So it seems to me they want a crew of motorbike marshals for 2 events, both weekends..
