Well all said and done, went down (lowside) and done the obligatory rolls and tumbles... where i came to rest looking at my baby on her side. As everyone does is the boot up sequence where you check "excessive pain, arms, legs.... full movement.. good to go... one where you can walk away is a great crash.
Well picked her up to inspect the damage, front fairing, right fairing, bottom fairing, headlight, indicator, exhaust, mirror, brake lever, rear brake caliper, engine covers etc.
Well after stopping the fuel leak, and coolant leak, decided to continue riding. Eventually got her home after some definate reluctance on the bikes behalf (total loss of power with cutting in and surging).
The missus..... well she knew today not to nag!.... thats tommorrow though

But inspected the clothing, all i can say is that it is totally worth every single cent spent to have good clothing. I was wearing dri rider stuff and considering the harshness of its baptism stood the crash. However stitching did bust apart but i would too at that speed.
So all in all it was a good days riding with many lessons learnt, ones that cant be taught in a school.
With a positive mind i even had the nerve to sms the missus after the crash and tell her i needed a new one cause this one was broken

All this means now is that i can put some bling on the bike with the missus not knowing
