heated grips

Post by map »

Hi all

Been looking for heated grips dose any one have or know about the datatool heated grips.

This what they say about them, found this on ebay from ther UK

Therma Grip Heated Hand Grips
Products » Heated Hand Grips » Heated Hand Grips
This latest product is a radical new design of heated handlebar grips for motorcycles and quads.
No control box, no flat batteries and no eyes off the road!

The Therma Grips have a built in sliding temperature control, a proper waterproof connector and they are wired direct to the motorcycle battery.

A special feature means the Datatool Therma Grips switch off automatically when the engine is not running – this prevents flat batteries.
In use, the grips may be controlled without even taking your eyes off the road! Installation could not be easier.

Sorry could not upload the photo of the grips.

Cheers

think most people that have them have oxfords. probably won't cost a lot more and they
have aus agents and warranties. eg

dirt bike ones don't heat the two sides evenly. no insulation on the clutch side so you heat the bars. my son had them on his motard and hated them.

I always put two layers of insulation tape on the left bar.
