Old Rider - New ZZR600

Ladies and Gentlemen,

After a break from riding for a while (wrist injury: non-motorcycle related [or wanking]) I have just got hold of a nice 2004 ZZR600E12.

I needed a good all rounder, and having had one before ('92) thought it would be a damn good fit for my needs right now.

Only had her for a week so far, but all seems to be good. Got her of a poor old guy that cant ride anymore. Still stock for now. Has had a small drop on both sides, and the scuffed fairing was bodgy repainted, so I suppose a paint job wont be too far off (any recommendations for a painter? or is it just cheaper to get the complete new fairing off eBay for $699 )

I'll stick up a pic when I get the chance.

Welcome! Good to have another ZZR in Perth. I used to have a ZZR600 back in Sew Thefrica. Nice bike.

Myself and good buddy go on breakfast runs now and then, and I have invited guys on here to join. Diggers joined us on the run last weekend - it was good. We tend to go anything from 140 to 350km and stop for hear-attack-on-a-plate somewhere. We go alright, but no heroics. {Diggers: Shhhh!!}
