Poss - learn to sight-read music &/or a new instrument of your choice?

Cheers all for the suggestions..
2 weeks ago I applied for my licence back, so i'll be chasing that today. Also need to make an appointment with the Neuro, having another MRI will be a contentious issue as i have metal clips in my neck now - they reckon it will be fine... but im not sold, esp as its on the carotid.
I feel 100% and walking normal now, have my balance back and can use left hand/arm. Still a little fatigued in the day, memory will need a bit more as will processing, still on blood thinners for another 6months. NOT complaining, happy with recovery and quite lucky in the scheme of things. :kuda:

How long you off?
I was on a daring mission to rescue a set of car keys in despair. They were trapped by an evil drunken warlord within a roman catholic fortress protected by 3m high sandstone walls. I fearlessly scaled the boundaries of the stronghold and as I was precariously perched atop the high citadel I was ambushed by some treacherous leafy bastards lying in wait. Down down I fell into the abyss... before landing with a sickening crack upon my trusty right arm. Lying broken and battered in the soil I gazed upon a shimmering glimmer beneath the muck. The car keys! They were here! With a triumphant roar I hurled them back over with my good arm to be reunited with their hysterical owner. I then began the even more dastardly journey of climbing back over the parapet with but one functioning limb. With some skillful footwork and remarkable upper-body strength I was able to return to my allies and immediately set forth on a new quest!.. to the hospital's triage department...

Simple version: I fell off a wall. I may have been drunk. :kuda:

I'm back into surgery next week and then another 8 weeks off after that it would seem. I can't find my kuda stickers anywhere, I want one for my cast! I better head out to see him soon too, I want to check up on the 350 anyway.

Glad to hear you're still heading onward and upward too Poss =)
