You can not believe how light 1.7kg is for a battery - feels like they have sent an empty case.
This is not for my bike (a lightweight battery in a ZZR would be like sprinkling artificial sweetner over a chocolate sundae),but for the racecar, but I was wondering if anyone had experience with these?
I'm using a similar style Life po4 lithium battery in my race bike..
There light but I wouldn't rely on them for a quick start as they are a bit down on cranking power for bigger bikes (I have an 8 cell in my zx10r).
Sitting on the side of the track after minor off on the first lap watching everyone go by whilst trying to crank the bike over is no fun...
You also need a special charger for them, I am using one we got for the kids RC cars...
