A happy new ZX14R owner!

Post by SNAFU »

Well it is official I closed the deal on a new black ZX14R which I have named "Blaster" yesterday. After a bit of haggling I got a good price for my Z1000SX and got a fantastic price on the ZX14R. I have also ordered a seat cowl, a Power Bronze hugger & screen, a Scott Oiler, fender extender, Bagster tank cover, braided lines, throttle log, Oxford heated grips and Ventura rack & headlight protector. I am also putting a new Pilot Pure on the back & a Pilot Power up front. I pick her up on the 15th feb. "Yahoo let the good times begin".

Congrats on the new 14. It should prove to be lots of fun, after the long wait to get it.

BTW, hope you (and all other Tassie members) are safe from the fires.

In today my can's and risers arrived for Blaster. Boy, oh, boy I love setting up a new bike. It is like Christmas all over again or being a kid in a lolly shop!

Mate after front end grip and long wear on the back. Have tried this comb on the Z1000 which worked really well. Also most of my riding is two up so there is always a bit of weight over the rear.
