I was prob 5-6 metres from kerb, but my car is very long so that should be taken into consideration (dual cab ute) :P :P

The shooting are not Middle east related. They are usually members of certain clubs who ride bikes.

If you haven't paid it yet and you have a clean record you can send your payment with an explanation. Tell them how deeply sorry you are, that you will never do it again and you understand how downright dangerous your actions were and ask for a caution on this occassion. You might be lucky and get your cash back.
