Hey guys putting my zx7r p1 back together and I've put the swingarm on the frame and the proper spacers are in. Looking from the back, on the left side of the swingarm where it meets the frame and the axel goes through there is a gap of about 4mm between the actual swingarm and frame. You can clearly see the spacer ( the one that has the square lip) is that gap meant to be there or not ?
Obviously i can I see the square lip but I can also see the polished cylinder part of the spacer and I'd say I can see a quater of the total length
Zx7r swingarm to frame gap???

Re: Zx7r swingarm to frame gap???
Is that just fitted up and not bolted up? If so, that's normal and the frame will pull in once you tighten the bolt. Once bolted up, it should be nice and tight.

Think I may have worked it out, I haven't put the drive chain guide on yet which goes directly over it ??
