Does anybody here have any experience removing swingarm bearings from a ZX7R?
Problem that I see is that they cannot be pressed out from the other end as the section of the pivot shaft between the bearings is of a smaller diameter than the ID of the bearings themselves.
Must be some trick to it...... any help appreciated!

Inner bearing removal tool (souped up slide hammer)
Bottle of LPG from the BBQ
Squirt LPG on em then apply slide hammer
