2012 ZX10R with M4 GP exhaust
Hi everybody,
Well the exhaust is going on as I speak. I was going to put a video of the standard exhaust aswell so you could compare sound with same video device, but it pissed down here yesterday and I didn't get the chance.
I will have a video up this arvo hopefully with the new exhaust and let you all know how loud it is for those interested.

LOL. Sorry it's raining up here and my bike is filthy so I won't be posting until it's nice and shiny
Can tell you it is loud though. Not a great deal worse then the wind noise through my Shoei X11 though. So it's bareable.

First photo shows how the rear wheel comes in on adjustment with a rear sprocket 2 teeth bigger.

Recorded this on my Galaxy S. Sounded really statciy on playback will see how it uploads.
Tried a couple of phone app sound meters all gave me around 90db at 7k revs, don't know if I believe that or not though I may have to buy a proper one.

Oh well sound is shit.
I will endeavour to find a better recording device for the video. That does it no justice at all.

I doubt I believe that also considering you ditched the CAT & muffler + added a megaphone; the stock system is complianced with dB reading lower than that.Juggy wrote:Tried a couple of phone app sound meters all gave me around 90db at 7k revs, don't know if I believe that or not though I may have to buy a proper one.
